UK Shipping Policy

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped exclusively via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service provides:

  • Next Working Day delivery (after dispatch)

  • Full tracking

  • Signature upon delivery

  • Insurance and secure handling

This ensures your order arrives quickly, safely, and fully protected.

Shipping Times

  • Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

  • Delivery usually occurs the next working day after dispatch.

Please note: Although Royal Mail aims for next-day delivery, occasional delays may occur that are outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is charged at checkout and calculated based on the weight and value of your order.
All shipments include:

  • Tracking

  • Signature confirmation

  • Insurance coverage

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your parcel on the Royal Mail website.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

In the rare event a parcel is delayed or lost, we will work directly with Royal Mail to resolve the issue.
Claims can only be submitted once Royal Mail confirms an item is officially lost.
